A YEAR ROUND, HIGHLY FOCUSSED STUDY GROUP
This new program led by Adam Mitchell is focussed on helping you develop the foundational skills of the most complex and often poorly taught movement and application of Togakure Ryu Ninpo Taijutsu.
Within each small training-group community led by Adam, each member will gain a holistic understanding and strong practice in each form and exercise as they were taught in the densho and handed down from teacher to student.
Training will be year round, where members will be tasked with training routines and assignments meant to sharpen and elevate their comprehension and handling of each weapon. Accountability, reflections and support will be always available in a private online community.
This training is ryu-ha specific. There will be no henka, simply the pure forms of this tradition for you to study and build upon. The goal is to provide each member with confidence and proficiency needed to expand their training within the unique ninpo taijutsu.
